infoDev is seeking a professional with experience in incubation, innovation and entrepreneurship, and excellent English writing skills, to edit a large international Monitoring and Evaluation Impact Assessment Report conducted by info Dev, and to write a series of briefs on incubation on the basis of the Report. The Monitoring and Evaluation Impact Assessment Report (MEIA) consists of a 130 page report, 120 pages of appendices, and 10 case studies.

How to Apply
Interested candidates should submit their application in the World Bank e-consult system and e-mail a cover letter, CV and two writing samples to eolafsen@worldbank.org. Applications will be considered on a rolling basis. Deadline for submissions is February 29th, 2008.
