Namibia appears well ahead of its African counterparts in terms of its use of ICT in instruction and teacher education, its level of ICT infrastructure, and its commitment to ICT for teacher and student learning. While conclusions about successes in this area premature, Namibia's story to date offers useful lessons for other African nations.
