Working Papers' series that quickly disseminate the findings of research in progress.
These short papers represent work commissioned by infoDev that has not been through infoDev's peer review and formal publication processes. infoDev makes such reports available as informal 'working papers' to share information or ideas about a given topic, in case doing so may be of any interest to practitioners workin gin related fields as well as to encourage the exchange of ideas on ICT and development and quickly disseminate the findings of research in progress.
Papers are authored by infoDev staff and external experts. Working papers are aimed at showcasing infoDev analytic work designed to produce results with wide applicability across countries or sectors in areas of research that need further analysis.
