infoDev is looking for organizations with experience in rigorous research directly related to the topic and who are able to design and execute the studies from start to finish. Organizations may submit proposals for any three of the selected countries. Additional countries may also be proposed, but please note that the budget does not vary on the number of countries proposed by a team. At least three countries from the five listed (Senegal, Ghana, Nigeria, Mozambique and Zambia) must be included in your proposal, if it is to be eligible for consideration.
The project is delivered in partnership with Sweden, under the Mobile Entrepreneurship for Inclusive Development suite of activities. It also benefits from ongoing work by infoDev’s Mobile Innovation Program, through the Creating Sustainable Businesses in the Knowledge Economy partnership with the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Government of Finland and Nokia, and through the work on technology innovation and development funded by the UK Department for International Development. Peer review support will also be available at critical stages of the research.
