RePABI began its activities on November 2006 and today comprises 12 incubators that seek to enhance business opportunities among enterprises as well as provide support and cooperation to enterprise managers.

Since its foundation, there have been several meetings in different incubators, with the most recent one held in Novo Hamburgo City (Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil) at FEEVALE University. The primary outcome of this meeting was the network's shared commitment to organize the First Meeting of RePABI Enterprises, which will be held in Asunción, Paraguay this October.
