Global Network Member Hosts Conference on Knowledge Based Competitive Entrepreneurship

In cooperation with regional Centers for Entrepreneurship in Croatia, the BIOS Business Incubator hosted the 2nd International Conference on Knowledge Based Competitive Entrepreneurship in Osijek in September 2008. Held under the patronage of the President of Croatia, the conference brought together over 150 participants to exchange knowledge and best practices on the subject.

The BIOS Business Incubator supports the development of small and medium sized enterprises by providing them with office space and production facilities and other business-related services in the most critical development phases. These activities also play a broader part in the economic development of the region by increasing employment through private sector development.

Building on various networking and knowledge-sharing activities, the BIOS Business Incubator, together with the Centers for Entrepreneurship of Osijek and Pakrac, and the Technology Development Center of Osijek, organized the 2nd International Conference on "Knowledge Based Competitive Entrepreneurship", which took place in September 2008.
