The BIOS Incubator Osijek, a member of infoDev's Global Network of Business Incubators, is working in cooperation with the Agency for Market Research to conduct annual analyses of market conditions for business incubators in Croatia. The report provides insight on cooperation among entrepreneurs, government institutions and local self-government, as well as guidance for future founders of business incubators.
Research for "Business Incubators and Technology Parks in Croatia 2008" was conducted in August - September 2008 as a result of mutual cooperation between BIOS Incubator Osijek and the Agency for Market Research (AUDEO), with sponsorship from the Osijek Baranja County. This report presents the third set of annual research started in 2006, with the aim of monitoring the conditions in which business incubators in Croatia operate.
The research contains information about:
- Basic information (year of establishment, legal status),
- Size of premises and its usage,
- Type of incubator (business, technology etc.),
- Type of services which incubators provide,
- Ways of entering and moving out of the incubator,
- Financing resources,
- Satisfaction with individual activities and tasks of the incubator.
