Global Network Member Shares Results after Five Years of Business Incubation

Five years after the inauguraton of Timisoara Business Incubator (UBIT), more than 40 business incubator practitioners from around and beyond Eastern Europe were hosted by UBIT and GTZ to share the experiences and lessons learned from the UBIT experience to date. One of the key discussion topics was how to transfer good practices into national policy-making and economic development efforts.

Held in Timisoara, Romania during May 18-19, 2009, this international gathering of business incubation experts and practitioners provides valuable insight for like-minded business incubators around the world.
