Request for Expression of Interest: ICT Regulation Toolkit Module 4 - Universal Access (Closed)

infoDev requests expression of interest from eligible consultants for a new project titled: "ICT Regulation Toolkit Module 4: Universal Access."

infoDev invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing expert services as detailed in the attached Terms of Reference for "ICT Regulation Toolkit Module 4: Universal Access."

The overall objective of this activity is to develop and finalize an online toolkit module on Universal Access, develop and finalize training materials, participate in dissemination or training events using this material, and prepare a 50 page summary paper.  A detailed description of the assignment is provided in the attached Terms of Reference. The assignment is expected to be completed 48 weeks from the date of signing the contract agreement. The available budget for this assignment is $250,000.

Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc). Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.

Selection will be based on the “Quality and Cost Based Selection” (QCBS) method (Section II of the Consultants Guidelines) in accordance with the procedures set out in the World Bank's Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers May 2004, located at www.worldbank.org/html/opr/consult/contents.html.
