Hyderabad, India (November 10, 2006). Concluding four days of rich discussions, knowledge-sharing and networking, participants at the 2nd Global Forum on Business Incubation, unanimously endorsed a set of recommendations affirming their commitment to work together with partners and their Governments (national and regional) to support the development of a global network to facilitate innovation and entrepreneurship through business incubation in the developing economies.
