I would like to point out that contrary to what appears in the Cayman Islands report, the operations of the University of the West Indies, Open Campus (Cayman), formerlly UWIDEC, are totally independent of any other institution's facilities. UWI Open Campus operates its own courses and services them via teleconferencing mechanisms owned and operated entirely by UWI.
