Kevin Donovan is a research associate in the ICT4D program. He recently graduated from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service with a degree in Science, Technology, and International Affairs, and is will spend part of 2012 as a Fulbright recipient studying the intersection of digital technology and democratic engagement in South Africa. Previously, he served on the Board of Directors of Students for Free Culture, an international NGO working to reform intellectual property rights, and managed Georgetown's OpenCourseWare initiative.
