ARD hosts 2nd e-forum on ICT, green growth, and smart agribusiness

The Agriculture and Rural Development Department (ARD) of the World Bank is hosting its 2nd e-forum in partnership with the e-agriculture community and FAO to explore how ICT can be used to expand green growth and climate-smart agricultural practices.

To participate, click on the following link:

GIS, GPS, soil sensors, satellite imagery, and meteorology--with the support of mobile phones and Internet--can be used to achieve green growth even on smallholder farms in developing countries.

infoDev invites all stakeholders to participate in this e-forum, share on-the-ground experiences, ask questions to subject matter experts, and explore untapped ICT territory.
