Ashoka changemakers: two competitions calling for entries

Power of Small - Close soon on September 5, 2012

Launched by SAP and Ashoka Changemakers, The Power of Small: Entrepreneurs Strengthening Local Economies seeks innovative strategies that help emerging entrepreneurs and small businesses grow and thrive in underserved communities.

Sneak peak of early entry prize winners!

Each of them will receive a US $500 cash prize and an advisory session with topical experts. You can still enter or nominate a solution before the entry deadline on September 5, 2012!

Four Grand Prize winners will each receive a comprehensive capital, technology and promotion package from SAP – including a cash prize of US $10,000 and a technology donation to optimize performance and scale-up operations.

G2012 Mexico Financial Inclusion - Close on September 12, 2012

G2012 Mexico and Ashoka Changemakers are launching this online competition to find the world's most innovative solutions that make valuable, affordable, secure, and comprehensive financial services accessible to underserved and excluded communities.

She Will Innovate, a partnership competition program with Intel Corporation, has recently closed the registration. It was designed for innovations that make use of information and communication technology to improve the lives of girls and women.
