The program—a joint effort with CRDF Global and TechCrunch—is unique in that it brings together established tech community partners in eight countries and turns them into landing pads for each other’s entrepreneurs.
Entrants will also have access to more typical offerings, such as seed funding, business mentoring by international mobile experts, pitching experience, and a TechCrunch Disrupt Europe Scholarship in Berlin.
Notably, the top nine entrepreneurs will enter the Dragon’s Den in Chisinau, Moldova, in October 30-31, during an international mobile meeting organized by infoDev.
Applications from Africa, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia are currently closed, but entrepreneurs from Jamaica and Trinidad & Tobago have until 11:59 pm EST on Monday, September 9 to submit their entries.
